Each of the last two nights we've watched a larger-than-normal number of players bust out in a single level.
What level was that?
The one right after dinner break ... Level 9 ... the Food Coma Level.
On Friday night, Day 1A of the Main Event, we came back from dinner with 32 players, and lost 9 in just 35 minutes.
Tonight, on Day 1B we came back with 27 players and lost 5 in Food Coma Level Number Nine.
Here's how the numbers break out. Combining the two nights, we lost 22 percent of the field in that one level.
Really? 22 percent??
There may be something to watching what you eat on dinner break, folks ...
