This is Level 1, blinds are 25/50, so when we heard a 3-bet to 800 over at table 6 we headed right over. Then there was the 4-bet to 7800 from @DarthV1ctor Paredes (above) and a call from Rick Colson (below).
The flop is 8♥️ 5♥️ 2♦️, action on Paredes and he pauses a moment, grabs a single green 25-chip, looks at teh dealer and announces "all-in." Colson then pauses, and says "I guess I call."
Paredes - A♦️ A♣️
Colson - K♥️ K♠️
Yep, AA v KK in Level 1
The turn in 6♥️, giving Colson a flush draw and bumping him from 2 outs to 11. The river, however, is 6♠️.
The dealer counts Paredes' stack out at 13,800. Colson's stack is counted and it is 13,300, and he's out. Colson says he'll probably buy back in before end of Level 2.
Victor Paredes - 43,000
The level jumped as we were writing this up, so play is now at
Level - 2
Blinds - 50/100
Entries - 22
