We showed up to see 2011 Players Series Champion Guy Davidson all in on a flop of 6♥️T♣️T♦️, with Jerry Utke and Nabil Esho still in the hand.
Davidson calls for, "a 7, 8 or 9" and gets the 9♦️ on the turn, then goes quiet when he realizes there's still action pending from the other two players.
Utke gathers a whole bunch of 25, 100 and 500 chips and pushes them out in two stacks - total 3800 - leaving him one 5000 chip behind. Esho asks for a count and makes the call.
The 5♦️ hits on the river and Utke flips his 5k chip up in the air and onto the felt, and Esho calls.
Utke shows K♣️K♠️ for two pair, and Esho says he's good, and mucks, with Utke raking in 18,000 for his double up.
Davidson turns over 7♦️8♥️ for a straight and takes the 17,500 main pot for his triple up.
Esho still has about 55000 behind.
On the very next hand we move back over to that same table because we hear Utke announce "all in," on a 4-7-9 flop and a snap-call from Esho.
Utke shows Q9 for top pair, but he's run into middle set from the bigger stack and Utke is headed to rebuy.
Esho, meanwhile, moves to 79,000 chips, one of the big stacks in the room here in Level 8, blinds of 300/600 with a 75 ante.
