Underwood Goes Set

Damion Underwood - the overall  leader in the Series Championship points race - just hit a set of tens on the flop against the AK of Anacleto Sandoval for a 775,000 pot, leaving Sandoval with just 3 antes.

Sandoval was eliminated on the very next hand,  cashing in 15th place for $1,288.

Underwood is in a strong position to close out the Series Championship in the main event, taking home a year's worth of complimentary entries into all Turlock Poker Room tournaments.
