Most people in the poker world know Jerry Yang from winning the 2007 WSOP Main Event. Around these parts, he's known as a regional player who opened Pocket 8's Sushi and Grill over in Merced shortly after his WSOP win.
Yang just came in midway through Level 1 of the $100,000 Guaranteed WPTDeepStacks Turlock Main Event, joining the 51-entry field.
