Tournament Director Adam Sanchez has sent everyone off on their first 15-minute break of the day, with 40 players now in Day 1A of the $230 with two starting flights.
Late registration - and unlimited re-entries - is open until cards go back in the air after dinner break, a few minutes after 8pm tonight. Full 20,000 stacks for late registrants and re-entrants, 40-minute levels for the entire tournament.
Play continues tonight until the end of Level 15 (around 12:15 am) or when down to 15 percent of the overall starting field.
Day 1B goes at 1pm Saturday under the same format, with Sunday being the final day, play starting at noon.
OK, I have time to get over to Starbucks for my first iced caramel coffee with coconut milk today (and definitely not my last).
